The Silcotech Group is one of the most significant and technically advanced liquid-silicone molders in the world. 70-80% of our products are for medical/health care applications, and the balance is for consumer goods and the consumer electronics industry. We're ISO 9001-2000 certified. Currentliy, we have over 20 injection molding machines including two-shot capabilities and clean room molding. Silcotech North America Inc. has 22, 500 square feet available to produce the highest precision parts in silicone. Automation, whenever reasonable, is the basis of Silcotech's manufacturing philosophy. Silcotech provides all tooling concepts and develops production processes. A Spanish facility was founded in 1993 and the North American operation opened its doors for business in May of 1999 (founded in 1998) and China and Bulgaria were founded in 2007 and India in 2008. Numerous processes and standards that still apply in today's Liquid Injection Molding environment were developed by Silcotech AG in Switzerland which was founded in 1984. Silcotech North America Inc. is part of the Silcotech Group with facilities in Bolton, China and Goma Melina, Spain; Guongdong Province, Switzerland and Madrid, Canada; Stein am Rhein, Ontario, Bulgaria and India.
